A Cuban-style rum aged for seven years, giving it more depth and colour than a standard white rum: caramel, dried fruit and a warm oak note over a smooth base. Good enough to sip neat or on ice, but still versatile enough for a proper cocktail. A step up from the usual mixing rum for guests who want a bit more character in their glass.
