These terms apply when you place an order through wingmanibiza.com. By ordering, you agree to them.

Who we are

Wingman Ibiza is operated by EQT von 2018, S.L., Carrer de Pere de Portugal 11, 07800 Ibiza, Spain.

Orders and payment

All orders must be paid in full at checkout. Prices are in euros and include Spanish IVA (VAT) where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards via our secure payment processor.

Delivery

We deliver to the Wingman Ibiza villa you select at checkout on your chosen arrival date. Free delivery on orders over €200; a €15 fee applies to smaller orders. We require at least 24 hours’ notice. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

Age restriction — alcohol

Alcoholic products may only be purchased by persons aged 18 or over. By placing an order that includes alcohol, you confirm that you and the intended recipient are 18 or older.

Cancellations and changes

Orders can be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery. After that, we cannot guarantee amendments. To cancel, contact us on WhatsApp at +34 695 153 247. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–10 business days.

Product availability

All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after you have ordered, we will contact you to offer a substitute or a refund for that item.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ibiza, Spain.
