The villa

Mika’s defining feature is the bathroom ratio: four bedrooms, four bathrooms, three of them en suite. Three of the four rooms have a private bathroom directly off the bedroom; the fourth shares one with the house. For a group of eight, that removes the morning bottleneck and gives everyone privacy throughout the stay. Few villas at this price point have it.

The house sits across two floors. The main living, dining and kitchen areas are on the ground floor and open directly onto the garden. The four bedrooms and four bathrooms are upstairs. The garden is fully fenced and surrounded by trees, more private than most villas in the area.

Outdoor spaces

The pool terrace runs along the fenced garden, with sun decks, shaded chill-out areas and a built-in BBQ. The enclosed garden lets the group spend the whole day outside without feeling overlooked, and the living and dining areas open straight onto it, so movement between inside and outside is easy all day. A trampoline and plenty of room to eat and drink outdoors round out the garden.

Indoor spaces

The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area and a comfortable living room. Upstairs, three of the four bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom and the fourth shares with the house. A separate en-suite guest house with two beds can be arranged on request for groups who want an extra private space; ask before booking.
