Ibiza in a bottle, made on the island. Familia Marí Mayans distil juniper in copper stills at their own distillery, then bring in thyme flowers, fresh rosemary and citrus peel: the same plants growing on the hillside outside. The result is dry, herbal and unmistakably Mediterranean, at a full 48%.
