Suki is built on a single level: all four bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen and the living room sit on the same floor and open directly onto the garden. No stairs anywhere. Moving between the pool and the house, getting back late from a night out, carrying bags in on arrival, all of it happens on one floor.
The pool, fully refurbished in January 2026, anchors the outdoor space. The BBQ area was rebuilt in 2025 and seats the whole group at a large wooden terrace table, good for dinners that stretch into the evening.
Outdoor spaces
A private garden with a relaxed, rural feel: olive trees, lanterns and open countryside views. Two large Bali-style chill-out beds and sun loungers run along the refurbished pool, with covered terraces and pergolas for shade. The living and dining areas open straight onto the garden.
Indoor spaces
Single-level throughout: a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living and dining area with a wood-burning stove and smart TV, four bedrooms and two bathrooms, all with direct garden access. Air conditioning in every bedroom. Extra sleeping capacity can be arranged on request; ask before booking.

Suki sits at KM2 on the quiet road between Ibiza Town and San Jose, central for the whole island with a calm countryside feel.

Taxis pick up from the main road a short walk away, while Uber collects directly at the villa. A hire car is the most comfortable option, especially in July and August when street taxis are slow.

Is Villa Suki really single-level?

Taxis pick up from the main road a short walk away. Uber collects directly at the villa. A hire car removes the dependency on taxis and is recommended for July and August.
Can we have a party at Villa Suki?
No. Parties, DJs and organised events are not allowed. The villa is on a residential road and quiet hours apply. Groups going out from it are fine; groups planning to host events at it are not.
What time is check-in and checkout?
Check-in from 17:00. Checkout by 11:00. Self check-in via lockbox.
What is the tourist tax?
€2.20 per person per night (EcoTasa), collected on arrival in cash or by card.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A refundable cash security deposit of €500 is collected on check-in and returned in full at checkout, provided the property is left in good order.
