The villa

Kiku is a two-floor villa laid out for group stays: the shared living, dining and kitchen areas sit on the ground floor and open directly onto the terrace and garden. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the first floor. One bedroom and one bathroom are at ground level, giving the group flexibility without anyone feeling cut off. The standout feature is the dedicated get-ready room: a purpose-built indoor space with two make-up mirrors, a long table, sofa, disco ball, laser light, TV and PlayStation with sing-along capability. The whole group gets ready together before going out. Most Ibiza villas do not have one.

Outdoor spaces

The garden is laid out across four distinct zones. The BBQ terrace is the centrepiece of an evening in: a pergola canopy with climbing plants overhead, a stone log-burning BBQ with its own wood store, a farmhouse table that seats 14, a prep sink, oversized orange rattan pendant lights and a bench with tropical-leaf cushions. The kind of place where you sit down for dinner and three hours disappear. Next to it, a covered lounge area with a built-in day bed, more tropical cushions and a lattice of climbing plants on all sides, enclosed and shaded enough to use at midday. Garden bar with counter seating, lighting and electricity. Poolside: three Bali-style daybeds and sun loungers. Table football, beer pong and ping pong are at the far end. The living and dining areas open directly onto the terrace.

Indoor spaces

Ground floor: living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bathroom and the get-ready room. First floor: four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen handles group cooking comfortably. Wi-Fi 600 Mbps throughout.

Sa Carroca is a quiet residential area between Ibiza Town and Playa d'en Bossa, central for the whole island.
