Getting a restaurant table for twelve people in Ibiza in August is a project. You spend the holiday week chasing reservations, splitting the group across two sittings, and eventually someone ends up sitting at the end of the table they did not want.
A chef at the villa skips all of that. The group eats together, at your own table, with someone else doing the cooking. Nobody is stuck at the stove. Nobody is getting a taxi at 22:00 hoping a table held.
The chef brings everything: ingredients bought fresh that morning, all the equipment. After dinner, the kitchen gets cleaned. The group stays at the table.

With over 30 years of international culinary experience, Chef Paolo Ambu has worked across Europe, the United States and beyond as a private chef, event caterer and yacht chef.
His cooking is rooted in Italian, Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine, with a love of seasonal produce, fresh seafood and food made for sharing. His extensive international experience also means he is equally comfortable preparing classic international dishes and menus for mixed groups and families.
The chef brings everything required, cooks in your kitchen or on the grill, serves the meal and leaves the kitchen clean.
Wherever possible, fresh organic herbs come directly from the chef's own Ibiza garden.
The chef comes to boats and yachts as well. Thirty years of cooking includes seasons as a yacht chef, so a galley, a limited fridge and a day at sea are familiar ground rather than a complication.
Provisioning happens the morning of, near the marina. The same three menus apply, with the grill-led menu shifting to the galley or the deck grill depending on the boat, and portions planned around a day on the water rather than a long evening at the table.
Tell us the boat, the berth and the number on board when you enquire, and we confirm what is workable and what it costs.
No courses, no fixed sitting time. The chef sets up a spread across a table or surface: cheeses, charcuterie, seasonal dips, bread, fruit and small bites. Everyone picks at their own pace. Works well for arrival evenings, pool afternoons or as a relaxed start to the evening before a dinner.
From €55 to €70 per person depending on the selection, final price confirmed on enquiry. Minimum 6 guests.
