Yes. Our drinks, slush machines and villa services are available at any villa in Ibiza, not only the villas we operate. Just give us your villa name and address at checkout and we'll deliver. (Our own villa rentals are a separate, partner-only service.)
All orders are stocked at the villa before your check-in time. We need your check-in date at checkout. Orders placed within 24 hours of check-in may not be guaranteed. Place early to be safe.
Yes. Every guest order includes one Bronchales 6L still water at no charge. Add it to your cart. It will show as €0.00 and be in the fridge before you arrive.
Orders over €200 are delivered free within our standard delivery zone. Villas further from the airport sit in our remote zone, where free delivery starts at €400 and a €30 surcharge applies below that. Water and coffee essentials are delivered free even at zero order value to villas we service regularly; other addresses need a qualifying order to get free essentials delivery.
Contact us as early as possible. Orders can usually be amended up to 48 hours before check-in. After that, fulfilment may already be under way.
All orders are paid securely via Stripe at checkout. Your order is only confirmed once payment is received.
