Suntory’s flagship blend, and the bottle that carried Japanese whisky to the rest of the world. Harmony draws malt whisky from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries together with grain whisky from Chita, then marries them across five cask types, including American oak, sherry butts and rare Japanese Mizunara.
Rose, lychee and a touch of rosemary on the nose, with sandalwood underneath. The palate moves from honey and candied orange peel into white chocolate, and the finish is long and soft, carrying the faint incense note that only Mizunara gives.
A gentle, layered blend made for slow drinking, neat or over a single large cube.
