Your personal data will be used to process your order, support your experience throughout this website, and for other purposes described in our privacy policy.
Overview
As a general rule we deliver your order on your arrival/check-in day. To do so we need your order latest 24 hours in advance. Orders received later will be delivered on the first coming workday (Mon. – Sat.).
Returns are only accepted in case of unused, unopened, and undamaged items and its packaging, including but not limited to any original outer cardboard boxes etc.
Any returns is subject to a handling fee of 50 EUR.
The provider/wholesales point has the final word in terms of if a product can be returned.
We cannot hold in storage any unused products beyond your checkout date, nor can we deliver any such products to an alternative address.
A processed order (order received and payment processed) can be cancelled against a 50 EUR, this fee will be deducted prior to processing any refund.
The purchaser (you) are responsible for providing the correct delivery address (name of villa rented) and delivery date.
Product pictures
Product pictures related to our wine selection might not be updated at all times, but the product description will be correct. In other words, an example could be a picture of a bottle of wine showing a specific production year e.g. 2020 whereas the description shows 2021, in that case the description is correct.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message via WhatsApp to notify you which returned items have been finally approved by the wholesaler. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message via WhatsApp.
