Clase Azul’s aged flagship, matured longer in French oak and sherry casks for a deep amber colour and a rich, dessert-like character: toffee, dried fruit and warm spice over the base of slow-cooked blue agave. Exceptionally smooth for an añejo, it’s built for slow sipping neat rather than mixing. Presented in the brand’s hand-painted ceramic bottle, individually crafted by artisans in Guadalajara, it’s as much a collector’s piece as a drink.
