A pure Chardonnay champagne, made entirely from white grapes for a style that’s all finesse rather than weight. Citrus and white flowers lead on the nose, with a chalky, mineral character running through the palate that’s typical of the house’s lighter, more precise style. The finish is long and clean rather than rich. Laurent-Perrier’s most delicate wine, best served well chilled as an aperitif rather than alongside heavier food.
