Hakushu Single Malt Japanese Whiskey

Distilled at Suntory’s Hakushu distillery, set high in the forests of Mount Kaikomagatake in the Japanese Southern Alps, this single malt blends delicately peated and heavily peated malts with whisky aged up to 18 years in American oak.

Herbal notes of peppermint, pine and fresh grass lead the nose, with cucumber and melon underneath. On the palate, lemon zest gives way to vanilla, honey and icing sugar, finishing fresh and sharp with a lingering salt-like tang.
