Freixenet Cordon Negro is a light bubbly Brut Cava. The grapes used in the creation of the base wine are 35% Macabeo, 25% Xarel-lo and 40% parellada. Each grape used brings a different characteristic to the cava that has been enjoyed for years.
Cítric, Acacia honey and exotic fruits playing upon our senses. Elegance and exoticism in perfect balance makes this wine a good choice for aperitifs or for pairing with fish and ‘fideuas’ dishes.
