The villa

The villa

Mika’s defining feature is the bathroom ratio: four bedrooms, four bathrooms, three of them en suite. Three of the four rooms have a private bathroom directly off the bedroom; bedroom 1, on the ground floor, shares one with the house. For a group of eight, that removes the morning bottleneck and gives everyone privacy throughout the stay. Few villas at this price point have it.

The house sits across two floors. The main living, dining and kitchen areas are on the ground floor and open directly onto the garden. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are also at ground level, along with two of the four bathrooms. Bedrooms 3 and 4, both en suite, are upstairs. The garden is fully fenced and surrounded by trees, more private than most villas in the area.

Outdoor spaces

The pool terrace runs along the fenced garden, with sun decks, shaded chill-out areas and a built-in BBQ. The enclosed garden lets the group spend the whole day outside without feeling overlooked, and the living and dining areas open straight onto it, so movement between inside and outside is easy all day. A trampoline and plenty of room to eat and drink outdoors round out the garden.

Indoor spaces

The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area and a comfortable living room. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are on the ground floor: bedroom 2, the master, is en suite, and bedroom 1 uses the bathroom beside it. Upstairs, bedrooms 3 and 4 each have their own en-suite bathroom.

Good to know before you book

The questions groups usually send us before they book, answered in one place. If something is not here, message us and we will reply the same day.

How to check who you are booking with
  • Wingman Ibiza is run by Jens, who has looked after guests in Ibiza since 2014. The company is EQT VON 2018 S.L. (CIF B16582819).
  • Every villa has its own tourist licence for 8 guests: Villa Kiku ETV1840E, Villa Mika ET0392E, Villa Suki ET0280E. Check any of them on the Consell d'Eivissa register.
  • Booking direct, you pay by card on your quote page or by bank transfer to the company account. Never to a private person, and never in cash.
  • Our only Airbnb listings: Villa Kiku, Villa Mika and Villa Suki, where Jens is a Superhost and every review is public. If you see one of our villas listed anywhere else, message us before you pay.
Arrival and keys
  • Self check-in from 17:00 with a lockbox. Your code arrives once everyone is registered online and the tourist tax is paid.
  • Every group gets two sets of keys.
  • Check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in from 15:00 and late check-out to 13:00 are usually possible at EUR 40 an hour, confirmed with the cleaning team first.
  • Landing early? Leave your bags at the luggage storage in Playa d'en Bossa, a few minutes away, and head straight to the beach or lunch.
Your group
  • Each villa sleeps 8, the number on its tourist licence. That is fixed: no extra beds or mattresses. More of you? Villa Kiku and Villa Mika together take 16, 59 metres apart on the same lane.
  • Friends staying elsewhere are welcome to come over. Just agree it with us in advance.
  • Plans change, and so can the group. Anyone can take someone else's place, as long as no more than 8 stay and everyone is registered before arrival.
  • The price is for the whole villa, so one person dropping out does not change it. The tourist tax, EUR 2,20 per person per night, is charged only for the people actually staying each night.
  • One booking, one payment: the organiser pays us and collects the shares from the group. We cannot take a separate payment from each person.
  • Need an invoice, for a company trip for example? We issue one for the amount you paid us. On Airbnb, the platform's own fee is invoiced by Airbnb.
  • The person booking must be 21 or older.
Celebrations
  • Birthdays, hens, stags and reunions are very welcome, at household volume (see Noise and neighbours below).
  • Party decorations are yours to take down: removing them is not part of the cleaning. Please leave the confetti and glitter at home, above all outside. It gets into the garden and the pool, and clearing it often costs EUR 100 to 200 extra.
  • You are free to bring your own caterer, chef or bartender. If you would rather we arrange it, our private chef cooks at the villa, a cocktail barman can come for the evening, the slush machine arrives set up and ready, and drinks can be waiting in the fridge when you arrive.
  • Photos and videos for yourselves are fine. Filming or photography for anything commercial needs our approval before the stay.
Cleaning and linen
  • A licensed cleaning company cleans the whole villa after every stay: kitchen, oven, fridge, bathrooms and the rest, with every major surface wiped down with disinfectant.
  • Before every check-in the villa is checked by Ana, who runs the cleaning company, and usually by Jens as well.
  • Every bed is made with disinfected sheets and mattress and pillow protectors, with fresh bed linen on top. The mattresses themselves are disinfected twice a year.
  • All towels and bed linen are washed at 70 °C with disinfectant.
  • Every quarter the whole house is deep cleaned and disinfected.
  • The pool is cleaned at least once a week, and usually twice in the hottest months, normally between stays. If it is done during your stay, it is early in the morning.
  • A mid-stay clean costs EUR 40 an hour, IVA included, with a 3-hour minimum. Order it online or simply by message.
  • Each guest gets a shower towel (145 x 100 cm), a pool towel (140 x 100 cm) and a hand towel (95 x 50 cm). A fresh set of towels for the whole villa is EUR 75: order by 18:00 and it arrives the next morning, with the used towels taken away. You can also wash towels yourself in the villa's washing machine.
  • From June to September the duvets are in covers only, and a blanket is yours on request. The rest of the year the beds are made up with duvets or blankets. It is the setup with the smallest environmental footprint.
Comfort and kitchen
  • Air conditioning in every bedroom. An energy-saving system switches it off from time to time in the hottest hours; switch it back on with the remote.
  • 600 Mbps wifi that reaches the pool.
  • A hairdryer and a combined shampoo and body wash in every bathroom, and an iron and ironing board.
  • A washing machine and outdoor drying racks. There is no tumble dryer.
  • The pool is open all year. It is not heated.
  • The kitchen has a dishwasher (tablets supplied), a fridge and freezer, a microwave and a Nespresso machine for classic capsules, with pots, pans, plates and glasses for at least 12. A free pack of 20 capsules can be requested on wingmanibiza.com. There is no ice maker.
  • A charcoal BBQ at every villa. Charcoal and firelighters are not supplied: any supermarket sells them, or order them from us with your drinks.
  • A safe in every villa. It has a single key, so keep that key hidden somewhere in the house: a lost key means the safe has to be forced open. Valuables in the villa are your responsibility.
  • An anti-mosquito device in every bedroom, and one on the main terrace that runs from sunset to 01:00. The kitchens are treated against ants regularly; keep food in the fridge or sealed and they stay away.
Noise and neighbours
  • The villas are in residential areas and Ibiza's noise rules are strict, so please keep the neighbours in mind at any hour. Quiet hours are 23:00 to 09:00, every day.
  • Each villa has a household Bluetooth speaker. DJ and professional sound equipment are not allowed.
  • A noise monitor on the main terrace shows when music is getting too loud, so you can turn it down before it becomes a problem.
  • Garden, terrace and pool lights switch off by themselves at about 01:00.
Safety, children and pets
  • Fenced garden at every villa, and an alarm with its panel by the entrance.
  • Any cameras are outside only, covering the entrance and grounds, never inside the house.
  • A travel cot with a proper mattress and a high chair are free, on request. Please bring your own cot sheets: for hygiene, they are not provided.
  • The pool itself is fenced only at Villa Kiku.
  • Assistance dogs are welcome. Other pets are not.
Getting around and water
  • None of the villas is within walking distance of a beach: you need a car or a taxi. Ibiza Town is 5 minutes by car, Playa d'en Bossa 8, the airport 5 to 7.
  • Uber and licensed taxis come to the gate at every villa. The local taxi app, TaxiClick, finds you by GPS. In July and August a wait of 30 minutes or more is normal, so order ahead of time.
  • Only ever ride in a licensed taxi or an Uber. Unlicensed cars put your valuables at risk and can lead to a break-in at the villa later.
  • There is no EV charger. Please do not charge a car from the house sockets.
  • The tap water is safe to drink according to the authorities, but it is desalinated and tastes unusual, so, as everywhere in Ibiza, we recommend bottled water. Six litres of water are free with every drinks order.
If something goes wrong
  • Jens is your contact for anything during your stay, and for emergencies he is reachable 24 hours a day.
  • Most things are sorted over chat straight away, or by someone at the villa within the hour.
  • If something cannot be put right quickly, we agree a fair compensation with you for the time it affects your stay.
Check-out and paying
  • Unopened food and drinks can be left in the kitchen; the cleaning team is glad to take them.
  • Before you leave, take the rubbish to the street containers shown on the poster in the kitchen. Ibiza sorts it: yellow for plastic and metal, green for glass, blue for paper, brown for organic waste, grey for the rest. Rubbish collection can also be booked for EUR 50.
  • The deposit can be paid by card or, if you prefer, by bank transfer.

Who is this villa for

Mika suits groups of eight who want bathroom privacy: three couples or pairs each with their own en-suite room, plus a fourth bedroom. The fenced garden works for groups spending time at the villa, and the central location keeps transfers short whether you are heading to the beach clubs or into Ibiza Town.

No parties, external guests, DJs or organised events. Mika is in a residential area and quiet hours apply. Groups using it as a base for the beaches and nightlife are the right fit.

“Jens’ place was absolutely amazing. The location in Ibiza is unbeatable, and the house has everything you could possibly need. My friends and I had an absolute blast. Highly recommend.”

Jalil  ·  Airbnb guest

“Jens was an amazing host. We could check in early and he greeted us on arrival and explained everything. The rooms were in amazing condition and the location was perfect for my hen do, with short taxi journeys either side and so close to the airport. If we needed anything he was only a message away.”

Melissa  ·  Airbnb guest

“We enjoyed our time at the villa with a group of ten. Grocery stores are nearby and taxis are easy to order. The kitchen is well equipped, there is plenty of space to hang around and plenty of bathrooms. Jens is friendly and communication was always quick.”

Marvin  ·  Airbnb guest

“The villa was perfectly located for getting around the island. It was clean and spacious, had everything we needed and felt safe and secure. I would recommend staying at Jens’ place again.”

Nastassja  ·  Airbnb guest

“Beautiful villa. Jens was so helpful and communicative from start to finish, and the location made it easy to get anywhere. I would highly recommend this place.”
