A Spanish gin from Galicia, distilled from albariño grape spirit rather than the usual grain base and infused with eleven botanicals including eucalyptus, hibiscus and Galician thistle. The result is soft and floral with a fresh, slightly fruity character that sits apart from the juniper-forward London dry style.
