Veuve Clicquot Rosé

A Pinot Noir-led blend, built by adding a measure of the house’s own red wine from Bouzy rather than the more common skin-contact method, which gives it real depth of colour and flavour. The nose is intense, with ripe red berry, blackcurrant and a hint of dried fruit. On the palate the attack is powerful, layered with fruit, before settling into a firm, structured finish. Elegant and a little more assertive than most rosé champagnes, it’s built to stand up to bold food and warm evenings alike.
