Villa Can Reis sits on a quiet residential street at Sa Carroca, five minutes from Ibiza Town and seven from the airport, with a new glam room downstairs for getting ready before the night out.

The ground floor is one open space for the group: a living room that opens onto the pool, a dining room with a table for eight and a door straight out to the barbecue, and a kitchen renovated for 2026 with a pantry and a second small table. New for 2026 is a glam and lounge room where the group can get ready, play PlayStation or start the evening with karaoke.
The bedrooms are spread over three floors. Four have two single beds that can be made up as doubles on request, and the master on the top floor has a large double bed, its own bathroom with a bath, a walk-in wardrobe and a bay window. Air conditioning in every bedroom and in the dining room, which is open to the living room.
Outdoor spaces
A large private pool with plenty of sunbeds, a shaded Balinese day bed, lounge seating around the pool, a canopied table for outdoor dinners and a barbecue for the group. Table tennis and a basketball hoop for the afternoons, and a garden that is kept tidy for you.

Villa Can Reis is in a quiet residential area at Sa Carroca, between Ibiza Town and the airport. Villa Mika, one of Wingman’s own villas, is a few minutes’ walk away.

For a group, the easy way to do nights out is a minibus there and back rather than several taxis. Tell us your plans and we arrange it.
Who is this villa for
Groups of up to ten who want to be close to everything: friends travelling together, milestone birthdays and family gatherings. Ibiza Town is five minutes away, so dinners, the marina and the clubs are a short ride, and the glam room makes getting ready part of the evening.

How many bedrooms does Villa Can Reis have?
Five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Four bedrooms have two single beds each and the master has a large double bed with its own bathroom.
Can the twin beds be made up as doubles?
Yes, on request. Twin beds can be joined and made up as a double with a topper, at an extra charge of €25 per bed. Tell us before arrival which rooms you want as doubles.
Is the pool private?
Yes. The pool and garden are for your group only during your stay.
Is there a barbecue?
Yes, beside a canopied outdoor table for the group. We can also deliver a barbecue box or send a private chef.
How far is Villa Can Reis from Ibiza Town and the clubs?
About five minutes by car to Ibiza Town and fifteen to Amnesia and UNVRS. For a group, a minibus there and back is the easy way, and we arrange it.
Is there an age limit?
Yes. The villa takes families and groups aged 25 and over.
Can we have a party at Villa Can Reis?
No. Parties, events, DJs and external guests are not allowed, and quiet hours apply from 23:00 to 09:00.
How does check-in work?
The team meets you at the villa when you arrive and shows you around.
What is the tourist tax?
€2,20 per person per night (ecotasa). It is a government tax, charged in addition to the rate, and it is shown in your quote.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. €1.000 is taken as a card pre-authorisation before arrival. It is not charged, and it is released after check-out once the villa has been checked.
How do payment and cancellation work?
50% by bank transfer confirms the villa for your dates, and the balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. All payments for this villa are non-refundable, so travel insurance for the group is worth having.
