Can Rich Roble Ecologico 2016 (6 units)

An organic red from Bodegas Can Rich, one of the few wineries actually growing grapes on Ibiza itself, aged briefly in oak (roble) for a touch of structure over the fruit. Made without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers on the island’s own soil, it’s a genuinely local option rather than an import. A good conversation piece for guests curious about Ibiza beyond the beach clubs.
