Villa Suki · Your stay
Everything about Villa Suki.
Villa Suki is all on one level, no stairs. Bedroom 1: a double bed. Bedroom 2: two single beds. Bedroom 3: four single beds, great for a group of friends. Bedroom 4: two single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room for extra sleeping space.
Mercadona, about 1 km away.
Usually cleaned Friday or Saturday morning, with an extra clean mid-stay if needed, especially during the hottest months.
Easy parking for three cars on the property.
Air conditioning is fitted in every bedroom and the living room, it heats as well as cools.
There’s a charcoal BBQ on site. Charcoal can be ordered through wingmanibiza.com or picked up at any supermarket.
You’ll find a washing machine in the kitchen, along with drying racks.
The coffee machine takes standard Nespresso capsules. Water and coffee capsules can be preordered for free through wingmanibiza.com, so they’re waiting when you arrive.
The pool’s open around the clock, just keep an ear out for the neighbours after 23:00, and it’s best to avoid it altogether between midnight and 09:00.
Outdoor lights run on a timer, on at sunset and off between midnight and 01:00. Terrace lights stay on till sunrise, while the garden lights stay off overnight out of consideration for neighbours.
Check-in is from 17:00 onwards, check-out is by 11:00.
We’ll either meet you at the villa in person to hand everything over, or send your lockbox code by WhatsApp if that suits your arrival better. If you’re using the lockbox, generate your code any time with your booking reference and check-in date.
Both are often possible, though it depends on the cleaning team’s schedule that day. Late check-out until 13:00 can usually be arranged, with a €35 per hour charge if approved. Dropping bags off before check-in is possible too, but it needs to be coordinated with us in advance, and only once any current guests have checked out, the villa itself won’t be accessible until cleaning is finished. Just let us know the timing you have in mind and we’ll check what’s possible.
The pool isn’t heated, so it sits at the natural outdoor temperature.
The villa has an alarm system, operated by fob or code. We’d encourage you to set it whenever you head out, and to double-check doors and windows are locked either way.
There’s no bin collection day, so please take your rubbish out to the street containers yourselves, best done daily to avoid smells and attracting insects. On checkout, all rubbish must be taken out to the street containers too. You’ll find a poster in the kitchen showing exactly where they are.
There’s a safe in the villa if you’d like to use it for anything valuable, worth considering rather than leaving things out. There’s only one key, so keep track of where you put it, a lost key means the safe has to be cut open.
Please be a considerate neighbour throughout your stay, especially between 23:00 and 09:00, outdoor noise after these hours isn’t permitted by local law.
Tap water is desalinated seawater. It’s fine for cooking, but we’d recommend bottled water for drinking.
Mercadona is the closest and cheapest option, mostly own-label products. Eroski is a little further with a wider range of branded goods.
Two favourites nearby: Social Point in San José, an Argentinian grill known for steaks off the wood-fired barbecue, open 19:30 to midnight, worth booking ahead. And KM1, also on the Carretera de San José, known for its grilled meats, tapas and homemade desserts, best reserved in season too.
Licensed taxis and Uber both work well on the island. If you’d rather not think about it, a private driver can be booked through wingmanibiza.com for something more comfortable and reliable.
Ibiza’s island-wide taxi dispatch is +34 971 33 33 33, call or order via WhatsApp (send your location and they’ll text you a link to track the taxi). The local San José/airport dispatch, closest to the villas, is +34 971 80 00 80.
If anything comes up outside normal hours, WhatsApp us, it’s the fastest way to reach us.
Smoking is fine outside, but please don’t smoke inside the villa.
As a general rule, we’re not able to accommodate pets.
A few habits worth keeping: lock up and set the alarm whenever you leave. Stick to licensed taxis or Uber, and avoid sharing your plans or schedule with drivers you don’t know. Please note Wingman isn’t able to accept responsibility for the loss or theft of personal belongings during your stay.
