A case of 6 bottles of Hoya de Cadenas, made by Vicente Gandia in Utiel-Requena, Valencia, one of the main producers of cava outside Catalonia. Each bottle is made using the traditional method: a second fermentation in bottle that gives fine, persistent bubbles and a clean, fruity character.

Straw yellow in the glass, dry and crisp, good chilled on its own or as the base for a pool-day cocktail.
