Made using the demanding saignée method with 100% Pinot Noir, rather than the more common approach of blending in a little red wine, which is what gives it such vivid colour and genuine depth of fruit. It’s one of the most celebrated rosé champagnes on the market and has been the house’s signature wine for decades.
