For the production of this single-variety Verdejo, a slow harvest was carried out, taking advantage of the dry weather and the total absence of rain to promote a slow ripening of the grape. The wine is bright with a straw-yellow color. As expected from the Verdejo variety, it offers a high aromatic intensity on the nose, with aromas of tropical fruits as well as hints of fennel and fresh grass. On the palate, it is both refreshing and creamy, with a slightly bitter finish characteristic of the variety, resulting in a long and pleasant sip. Overall, it presents itself as a fresh and balanced wine.
